Keynote Speaker Booking: Dr. Neysa Holmes

Dr. Holmes is a nationally respected voice on veteran systems accountability, trauma-informed policy, disability rights, and ethical reform. As a keynote speaker, she brings together academic rigor, global leadership experience, and lived expertise as the spouse of a decorated combat veteran impacted by PTSD and TBI.

Dr. Holmes is known for her ability to translate complex systems, mental health, legal frameworks, higher education, and veteran services, into compelling, human-centered narratives that challenge institutions to move beyond rhetoric toward accountability and reform. Her talks are intellectually grounded, emotionally resonant, and unapologetically honest.

By combining research-based analysis with personal insight, Dr. Holmes delivers keynotes that inform, challenge, and mobilize audiences to rethink how systems respond to trauma, disability, and human dignity.

Mental Health, Law & Justice Reform

Drawing on her background in educational psychology and higher education leadership, Dr. Holmes addresses equity, access, and institutional responsibility for students with visible and invisible disabilities.

Women Warriors: Leadership, Resilience & Resistance
